Kulture Panel provides comprehensive Social Media Marketing (SMM) services across numerous platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Spotify, Telegram, Discord, SoundCloud, Pinterest, Google, Apple Music, OnlyFans, Twitch, X (Twitter), Tumblr, Quora, Online Voting Systems, Crypto & NFT Promotions, and Website SEO Traffic. You agree to use these services legally, ethically, and in strict accordance with all applicable platform rules and local laws.
3. Account Registration
To access and utilize our services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete registration details; Keep your login credentials secure and confidential; Accept full responsibility for all actions and purchases taken under your account. Important Notice: Kulture Panel reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be providing false or misleading information.
4. Payments and Fees
Payment Due Date: All payments are due immediately at the time of purchase. Price Updates: Prices for services may be updated without prior notice. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly specified otherwise by Kulture Panel. Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
5. Use of Services (Prohibited Conduct)
You expressly agree not to use Kulture Panel services for spam, mass mailing, unsolicited messaging, fraud, identity theft, impersonation, or direct violations of any social media platform's official Terms of Service. Kulture Panel reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in any form of misuse.
6. User Content
You are solely responsible for any text, media, or links submitted. No illegal, harmful, or infringing material allowed.
7. Privacy
We commit to not sell or share your personal information except as required by law or for service delivery.
10. Liability
Use at your own risk. Kulture Panel is not responsible for platform bans or algorithm changes.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes handled through mediation or arbitration in Ugandan jurisdiction.
